I'm very familiar with the Keppe Motor. I was going to make a trip myself, but finances did not allow it.
I already had their manual in PDF (I'm sure they'll appreciate the purchase though). We've had a video we prepared about them on our home page at PESWiki.com for quite some time. I interviewed them back in Oct.

The following is an email received on Jan. 24, 2009. The Keppe motor purportedly consumes just 7% of the energy to put out as much torque as conventional motors.
